WhatsApp has recently announced that it now supports screen sharing during video calls. This new feature allows users to share their documents, photos, or anything else that may be on their screen with others during a call. To access the feature, users simply need to tap on the Share icon and choose whether they want to share a specific app or their entire screen.
This is similar to how other video conferencing platforms like Zoom and Google Meet work. The new feature is being rolled out gradually and will soon be available to all users on Android, iOS, and Windows desktops. In addition to screen sharing, WhatsApp has also introduced landscape mode for video calls.
