A video has surfaced showing Wagner founder Yevgeny Prigozhin addressing his fighters in Belarus, marking his first public appearance since the armed rebellion in Russia. In the video, he praises their efforts and criticizes the Russian Ministry of Defense's actions in Ukraine, indicating his soldiers will not currently engage in the conflict there.

Prigozhin reveals their temporary stay in Belarus, where they aim to strengthen the Belarusian army. He also expresses gratitude for the warm reception they received from Belarusians. He hints at future plans, mentioning a possible journey to Africa.

Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko claimed to have brokered the deal that ended the insurrection, inviting Wagner forces to train his country's military. Recent satellite imagery and social media videos confirm the presence of Wagner fighters in Belarus.

Despite prior speculation about Prigozhin's whereabouts, the head of Mi6 confirms he is alive and at liberty. Lukashenko's reversal on Prigozhin's location added to the uncertainty. He claims Putin had to negotiate with Prigozhin to quell the rebellion.

The video provides crucial insight into the current situation, as authorities continue to monitor developments closely.
